Removing certain fields from auto post from form

Hi
I am using the form plugin for my website, ‘India Solar Market’, you can see it live here: http://indiasolarmarket.com/2013/03/india-solar-market-jobs-employers/

I am using the autopost option, so that every time someone fills the form, its becomes a post and gets displayed. You can see such a post here: http://indiasolarmarket.com/2013/03/india-solar-market-jobs-employers-submission/

I needed some help with:
1. I dont want to show the first 3 lines of information in the post (Submitted on, by and IP). Hoe can I hide this information, so that it doesnt appear in the post?
2. Is it possible, to set a default featured image for each such post created from the form?
