Removing category/categories from breadcrumbs

Hello,
How can i remove some categories from appearing in breadcrumbs?
For example, from this:
Home > Hotels > 5 Stars > Hilton
to this
Home > Hotels > Hilton

I tried cuple of other plugins but none of them have this option.
