Removing categories on WooCommerce shop screen

I have been trying to remove the categories from the shop/directory listings on WooCommerce.

When you click on the link, you will see a product name – above that it says, Just Dropped, Art, Dining, etc. all of which are categories for our shop.

I see no way of removing this.

Any suggestions?

On a semi-related note, at the top it also says “Showing all 3 results” and “sort by latest” – is there a way of removing this?
