  • Hi I’m using the Constructor theme and I want to remove little navigation link at the bottom of every page as I’m using static pages to make a website.

    I don’t know where to look in the CSS. Help me please.

  • I have the same issue, looked everywhere to resolve it. No success yet. Have you found a solution?

    if you want somebody to check if this is possible with css, please post a link to your site.

    have you tried all possible options and settings in that theme?

    Hi, I tried all options and settings in the theme. I really think it is code related (and I am not an expert on this).

    On each static page at the bottom appears a link like:

    « Contact

    This links refers to the next page id number.

    My site is

    Please paste footer.php in theme folder at

    Select PHP syntax highlighting so we can easily read the code

    Post the link you get at pastebin here, so that we can look at it.

    unfortunately, i get an error message when trying to access your site:

    You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    looking into footer.php does not help, as constructor is widely function and option driven.

    Hi, this is what is in the footer.php. I have not changed anything there. Thanks for having a look at it.

    * @package WordPress
    * @subpackage Constructor
    </div><!– id=’wrapcontent’ –>
    <div id=”wrapfooter” class=”wrapper”>
    <div id=”footer”>
    // check active
    if (is_active_sidebar(‘footer’)
    or is_active_sidebar(‘footer-posts’)
    or is_active_sidebar(‘footer-pages’)
    or is_active_sidebar(‘footer-categories’)) {

    echo ”

    // switch statement for widget place
    switch (true) {
    case (is_archive() && dynamic_sidebar(‘footer-categories’)):
    case (is_page() && dynamic_sidebar(‘footer-pages’)):
    case (is_single() && dynamic_sidebar(‘footer-posts’)):
    case (dynamic_sidebar(‘footer’)):
    // nothing

    echo “
    <p class=”clear copy”>
    <?php get_constructor_footer();?>
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>

    looking into footer.php does not help, as constructor is widely function and option driven.

    thanks; I did not know that theme

    Hi, if it is not in the footer where do you think the problem is? Please let me know so I can put the code on pastebin or on this site.
    Thanks for having a look at it!

    You have two ways:

    1. Edit file navigation.php and remove all code from it
    2. Hide links with CSS rule:

    .navigation {

    Hi Anton,

    Thanks for your reply. I would like to apply the second solution. In which template do I have to apply the CSS rule, in style.css or css.php or css-editor.php?

    Hi Anton,

    In the meantime I decided to delete the code from navigation.php. This worked like sunshine, thanks a lot!
