Hi there. I recently installed Woocommerce on my One Page Express Pro Theme. However, on the shop page, the Title Archives:Products cannot be removed. Furthermore, the format of the page is off. I have tried changing the settings in Yoast SEO but with no luck. I am only a WordPress amateur so am not confident with things like Cpanel.

Your theme doesn’t support WooCommerce. You’ll need to talk to the theme developer about what you can do. You’ll probably need to create a Child Theme and add support yourself. WooCommerce has an article on doing this: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/

If you’re not comfortable with the development required you’ll probably be better off finding a compatible theme.
