[Resolved] removing an item form navbar in twentyten theme

  • I need to remove an item in my Nav bar and have tried all ‘remove to trash’ routes but although the item no longer shows on the pages page it is still on the navbar with a note saying “Not found…”

    Grateful for advice

Site is Seeinfohere.com, the theme is TwentyTen and the offending item is ‘products”

Try looking in your custom menu (Appearance -> Menus).

Hi Esmi, Appearance-> Menus was the first thing I tried but it didn’t work. In fact I tried and tried and tried but after each attempt I still found that whilst ‘products’ had disappeared from the pages page it was still there on the Navbar.

    but it didn’t work

Can you elaborate on that? The devil is in the details.

I positively grovel. I’ve just tried again and it worked! Abject apologies for wasting your time. (Though I’m sure I’ll be back again with another problem!)
