removing "all products" tab

    wordpress: 4.0.1
    plugin: 1.7.3

    I would like to hide the “all products” tab and link at the top.
    Ideally i would like to change the name of that to “all speakers” as i am using this to highlight speakers.

    I have looked through your support form a bit and saw similar posts on removing the all products tab. you have recommended that it can be removed or hidden from css.

    Unfortunately I am not quite experienced in css. would you be able to tell me which file i can go under to change this or provide some direction.
