    Hi Guys

    We are using multisite and woocommerce. I ran the search and it returned 1000s of apparently unused images. I trashed them but it then deleted images that are used on the site such as product images etc and images uploaded using ACF.

    Any ideas? We have 1000s of duplicate images we need to remove

    Hi @johnegg,

    ACF is only supported in the Pro version. However, the images used in galleries or featured images with WooCommerce are properly detected in the Free 🙂 Please let me know more about the plugins you are actually using.

    Ok thanks we are using multistore plugin also if that helps? Lots of other plugins on the site too unfortunately.

    That might be the multi-store plugin, indeed. What is the name of that store? Don’t hesitate to take a screenshot to show me how those images are used by your admin, I would like to see.
