# Removeedit on pages/posts

 * Hi I have just installed a template blog and on every post/page there is an edit
   which when clicked takes the person to my admin centre where the page or post
   is! No password or anything they can have a field day with my admin centre. How
   do I make it so that is not present on the published blog.

 * Julia, that edit link is only visible by you, when you’re logged in… its designed
   to make your life easier.
 * it’s not visible to anyone else.
