So Webmaster Tools (Google) gave me a URl error when I chcked my sitemap in the dashboard there was a red X I saw that others here had issues so they changed the URL under wordpress site name settings to either add or omit the www. in my case I removed the http://www., rebuilt the sitemap, resubmitted now it looks a-ok, but what about my url change, do I need to input some sort of redirect, if so can you help> I have a rewrite on in there I dont remember why or when I put that in mayb eit has to do w/ a rewrite plugin I just dont want duplicate content as is talked about here: http://www.pearanalytics.com/blog/tag/404-errors/ THanks!

I am worried, I put the prefix back, worried bc I dont know about the on rewrite code now I'll really mess my site up Anyone know what I can do?

1,011 URLS submitted - 0 in index but I am in google, or was.. Hope I didnt mess it up

    Paths don't match
We've detected that you submitted your Sitemap using a URL path that doesn't include the www prefix (for instance, http://example.com/sitemap.xml). However, the URLs listed inside your Sitemap do use the www prefix (for instance, http://www.example.com/myfile.htm).
