Remove WooCommerce links from nav bar

Hi there,
I just got started with WooCommerce. I am excited to transition to it from eShop, but I don’t know much about customizing it yet. My current question has to do with the links that it created on the main nav bar of my site. I want my nav bar to be clean, without these additional four links cluttering it up. I’m looking for two possible solutions:

1) Is there a way to remove these links from the nav bar altogether?
2) Is there a way to customize so that these links will appear in the nav bar, but ONLY when a customer is on the Store page and pages whose URLs begin with https://www.ajharbison.com/store/?
