To attempt to resolve this issue, please install the WPML SEO glue extension:

Also, please do not translate the category, product, or product-category slugs. The untranslated terms won’t be visible in the URL anyway when you use any of those options.

1) Installing the addon “WPML SEO” doesn’t solve the issue. It makes no difference.
2) I have already translated the category / product / product-category, so it’s not possible to for me to remove those translations.
Any other solution ?

You should be able to remove the translation for the taxonomy bases. If you’re not sure how to do that, please get in touch with WPML’s support so they can help you remove the translations.

Before deleting anything we recommend taking a full backup that can be easily restored in case anything goes wrong.
To delete a translation for a taxonomy you need to switch over to that language from the top admin bar and then delete the taxonomy page directly.
For further details on this you would need to get in touch with WPML since they are the ones that handle the translations.
