Remove Website

We have taken over the running of a sports club over the last year and new trustees were appointed. The old management were removed and are no longer associated with the club. The problem that we have is that they set up a wordpress site which we now want to remove as contains incorrect details/classes/prices/contacts etc. The previous management resigned as Trustees and are no longer associated with the club in any way. Dont know how we can now remove the site and no contact with the former managemnt. We have all the legal documentation around the removal and new appointments but cannot remove a lot of out of date and incorrect information. Any ideas on what we can do to resolve
