I’m afraid you cannot customize the look of the comment form, or hide some of its elements.
To do so, you would have to deactivate Jetpack Comments and use the standard comment form instead.

I really like Jetpack comment plugin, but I see no point to ask users to enter website address (name and email fields are fine).

Can’t I modify Jetpack code somehow to hide this field?
Since the comment form is added via an iFrame, it’s not actually included in the Jetpack code: the comment form is hosted on WordPress.com, and cannot be edited on your end.
We’re planning on offering more options to customize the comment form in the future though. I would suggest that you keep an eye on our News blog, as we give details about each one of the Jetpack updates there:

Hi! Sorry for bumping but I and my users (I have a multisite) also find annoying the website field in the contact form. I know that is intended to facilitate networking thru comments, but there are lots of websites where the people who comment don’t have a website and find this field confusing. I beg for an option to disable the web field thru the comments config screen for JetPack Comments.
Hope you can do it.

Hi. Website field is not required for my users therefore it could be removed leaving just comment, name and email fields available. How do I do it?
