# Remove watermark not working

 * Hi!
 * At first THANKS for this awesome plugin and the work you put in. I tinkered with
   the settings quite a bit and finally everything is working as it should except
   for the backup/remove watermark function. The backup is made and stored in the“*
   wp-content/uploads/iw-backup/” folder as it should, but when I click remove watermark
   in the library the notification “watermark removed” appears but the watermark
   is still there.
 * Any solutions?!

 * Are you trying to remove the watermark in single image edit in Media Library (
   opened from Grid mode)?
    Or you’re doing that in List mode using bulk actions
   Remove Watermark? Did you try to debug for any Javascript errors while trying
   to remove it?
