remove traces of jetpack from deleted site

I was using my primary domain on my hosting ccount to build temporary sites and did not uninstall jetpack before deleting websites. I have high resource usage and trying everything i can to cut them down. When i go into my primary domain to check latest visitors, i see photon and jetmon hitting the site a lot. Jetmon is all over it around 100 hits today. Is there there a way i can remove it? I have monitoring disabled on all my primary sites. There are no sites up for this primary domain through inmotionhosting “nitrokick.net”.
