    how to remove default thumbnail? since all of my post doesn’t have thumbnail/
   featured image

 * I guess you are referring to the blog/feed page header (as there is no default
   featured image assigned by our theme).
 * To remove the header, please go to Appearance > Header > Remove Image > Remove
   Header Image. That button shall remove the header from your blog/feed page.
