Remove the NAME field

    Hi.

    I don’t want to show the NAME field in a pop-up. I use this shortcode:
    [email-subscribers namefield="NO" desc="" group="subscribers"]
    Before the last big upgrade of the plugin, there was no NAME field in a pop-up with that setting. After the last big upgrade, the NAME field is visible. How can I remove it? You can see it here for example https://stavba.selfici.com/2019/03/vypocet-tepelne-ztraty-budovy/
