Remove Tags, Comments from Excerpt

    The excerpts on my main blog page include all my tags, and information on comments. This looks cluttered so I’d like to remove them, but can’t figure out how to do so. It seems like blog.php or index.php would contain what I need, but any changes I’ve made haven’t done anything. Any ideas?
