Remove subscribed emails whose comments are trashed/marked as spam

Let’s say someone subscribes to one or most posts, but I never publish any of their comments. I trash them or mark them as spam.

They’re still subscribed within the Comment Notifier database table. Could you add a method or option to automatically delete these emails if 1) their comment is removed (trash/spam) and 2) they’ve never had an approved comment before.

The latter will prevent legitimate folks’ subscriptions from being removed.
