Remove Space Above H2 and H3 Headers | WordPress.org

Hi,

As you will notice on the page I linked to, there is a large space above the H2 and H3 Headers. Is there a way to remove this? I don’t know how to edit CSS, but if you give me a detailed description of what to do I bet I could figure it out.

PS. I am using Gutenberg, but switching to the classic editor didn’t seem to change anything.
