Hey there sarabaptistadesousa,
How are you doing today?
Can you please post link to the page where I can see the popup so I can try to remove those socials with some custom CSS.
Usually this should be something that you’re adding to popup content so you might as well check that first.
Looking forward for your response 🙂
Cheers,
Bojan
Hi,
The link is http://essentials.pt/montemor/. I just add the image to the popup, nothing else.
Thanks,
Sara
Hey Sara,
Thanks for the link, I’ve checked your site and if this is what you’re looking to remove from the popup http://screencast.com/t/XT37gj1dHv we could do it with some custom CSS.
I believe this is happening because plugin that you’re using for adding those socials is trying to add them to all post types so PopUp as such is adding them too.
Either way if you want to remove those from this specific popup you can use popup custom CSS tab which is located in the bottom of the popup page in admin, http://screencast.com/t/RczvNY0e.
Or if you want to apply this to all popups you can try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or if your theme doesn’t have custom CSS tab add it in your site using the following plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css
.wdpu-content .sfsi_Sicons {
display: none !important;
}
Normally I wouldn’t suggest the use of the !important declaration. However, it can sometimes be a necessary evil when over-writing existing styles. You can find more info on the use of important declaration here:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Specificity#The_!important_exception
Hope this helps 🙂
Cheers,
Bojan
