remove site URL(header left side) and page URL(header right side)

    Dear Sir and Madam

    I really appreciated with this plugin working very well.

    But I have a problem for my needs, because there are two type of header text one is “site URL” and another is “page URL” in the print ready header area when I press the button [Print].

    I want to make those text hidden or removed in that area.

    I would be happy if I can hear from some advice in this great community.
