    You’ll need to use this latest version

    Add on Frontier Options -> Custom CSS

    .single.single-post #content {
        width: 100%;
    }

    Add on a child-theme functions.php

    function custom_post_sidebar( $frontier_default_sidebars ) {
        if ( is_single() ) {
            $frontier_default_sidebars = false;
        }
        return $frontier_default_sidebars;
    }
    add_filter( 'frontier_default_sidebars', 'custom_post_sidebar' );

    I have the latest and that made it put my sidebar under my content.

    The one I linked above is the latest version in development which has some changes from the latest version that is currently released.
