remove shortcodes from pdf

    Hello

    I tried your plugin and is a great one, but have an issue in the generated pdf. I also use the latest Visual Composer, and have tabbed content on pages placed via VC. The problem is that the pdf contains the VC shortcodes, aka [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text].
    I tried to remove the shortcodes via filtering, but this will remove the shortcode content too, and I just want to get rid of the shortcode syntaxes form the content area.
    Could you help solve this issue?
    Sorry that I can’t provide link to the generated pdf or website, but for now is in a protected area and is not accessible for the public.

    Hi xabapete, sorry for the delay,

    DK PDF works well with standard shortcodes, in the case of Visual Composer outputs the raw shortcode but not the result (I don’t know why), the only thing that I can tell you is that DK PDF uses standard WordPress the_content() function for getting the content, there is no magic here 🙂

    A page builder that works out of the box is Beaver Builder (https://wordpress.org/plugins/beaver-builder-lite-version/), I tested the free version and works like a charm with DK PDF.
