   options so that they don’t show?

 * You can restrict media mail by shipping. You can also choose to display only 
   the lowest rate (which will likely be library mail) Hopefully there can be more
   control.

 * You don’t have option to remove the certain shipping options in this Basic version.
   It is limitation of Basic version.

 * Meh, I figured it out hacking your code. Honestly though you need to include 
   in the plugin, that is a massive limitation. Your not allowed to distribute crimpleware
   on WordPress.org. Also you need to remove all pay to play buttons too.
