[resolved] Change Permalinks? (4 posts)

I updated my blog to this Frontier Theme two weeks ago. I love it. You did a fantastic job! Thanks! However, I am having one problem with the links. It seems that each page now has an extension on the URL that wasn't there before.

So, for example, a page (blog entry) says the permalink is:
    http://14erskiers.com/blog/2014/03/sia-2014-salomon-q105-la-sportiva-hang-5-review/

However, when I actually go to that page, the URL says this:
    http://14erskiers.com/blog/2014/03/sia-2014-salomon-q105-la-sportiva-hang-5-review/#sthash.HCh2EVtX.dpbs
The #sthash.HCh2EVtX.dpbs got added on somehow.

Is there a way to make it so this doesn't happen?

Those are usually added by social sharing plugins and not the theme.

Quick question about permalinks. I am using the Frontier setting and my website has been live for three weeks now. http://www.woodbridge.lioninc.org/
If I change the permalinks from the default to the post name will all of my links to other pages still work or will I have to go in and change them? Also, will changing the permalinks have any other negative affects on immediate usability, should I have changed them in the early stages of the website build?
