Remove share buttons from a single page

Hi

I use the “Simple Social share button” plug-in but it puts share buttons on pages where I do not want them, such as my shop page. There has to be some way to change the plug-in’s code, so that the plug in will not work on certain pages. Does anyone know how to do that?

yes there is a way to edit the plugin code. but i dont know. else you could try another plug in which is stable?

Hi there – I found at least three plugins with similar names in the repository. Could you please provide a link to the plugin here so we can add the necessary tags, and hopefully the plugin developer will be able to find this post more easily?

Actually, if anybody knows how to do this with a different share button plug-in I would happily replace my current one.

The following social-sharing plugins can all be turned off on a page-by-page basis:

SexyBookmarks

I also added the appropriate tag for your original plugin to this thread just in case the developer has a solution.

Zoonini- I experimented with a few of those and I found that sexybookmarks by shareaholic fixed my problem right away- I was able to edit the settings easily and get the share buttons on the posts, and out of my store. Thank you all very much for your help!
