 * Thanks for the question.
 * We can’t reorder the steps for submitting a listing, but it sounds like you may
   have a setting checked that you don’t want. Selecting a listing location tells
   me that you may have the “Allow users to manually adjust the location of their
   listings?” setting checked in Google Maps.
 * To turn this off, go to Directory > Settings > Premium Modules > Google Maps 
   and uncheck that box.
