Remove search bar in MANIFEST theme

    I have the MANIFEST theme. I am curious if anyone can tell me how to disable the search bar at the bottom of the page? Or remove it.
    Maybe some part of the code that I can just delete?

    Help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

    Try looking for and removing <?php get_search_form();?>.

    I went out on a limb and deleted everything in the “footer” section – and it removed the bar completely. The site seems to function properly ith that data missing. Hope this helps others who are looking to do the same!

    You may find that some plugins may no longer work if you have removed everything from your site’s footer.
