 * Hi! We had this pace restriced, (kulsaasterrasse.no/intern-informasjon/) but
   we need to set the restrition on another page. But no matter if the lock symbol
   is green og red, the page is restricted. The page it built wit Divi, and was
   re-designed some time ago, and if there was set a short code on the page originally,
   it is not possible to find now
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fremove-restrictions%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Are you serving a cached version of the page? Try clearing your cache.

 * If it wasn’t a cache issue, then that would have been my next question – if there
   was a shortcode used.
 * Some people use the existing shortcodes in ways that either they don’t need to,
   or in ways that weren’t intended. So I’d look at the content to see if they are
   using shortcodes in one of the following ways:
 * `[wpmem_logged_in]this would be restricted to only logged in users[/wpmem_logged_in]`
 * OR
 * `[wpmem_form login]This is content that shows only if logged in[/wpmem_form]`
 * If it’s either of these, then the content is not blocked by setting page restriction.
   Rather, it’s being manually blocked by virtue of using a shortcode to restrict
   it.
