# Remove Required from User URL

 * I am trying to change the user URL from the registration form. I read a post 
   from a year ago that stated to do it from the Groups List but do not see that
   with the latest version. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

 * Thank you for writing to us.
 * You may refer to the following steps to make the field optional on the registration
   form by referring to the following steps:
 * 1) Login to the WordPress dashboard and go to the ProfileGrid menu.
    2) All Groups
   will be listed here, then go to the group Fields for a group.
 * 3) Next, you will see the list of fields for that group. You can edit, delete
   or add fields from here.
 * 5) To make the field optional disable the option “Required?” in field settings
 * Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

 * Wasn’t easy to find. You have to tick the box next to the group name and then
   you see a field button. I found it though finally. Maybe future change to make
   it a menu item instead?

 * Especially considering its names Profile field Manager but have to go into groups
   to get there.
