Remove "Read more" link in feed – shows up in podcast apps

Any idea how to get rid of the “read more” link following the excerpt in the feed itself?
The read more link is useful on the website, but certainly not in the feed. It shows (without spacing to the last word of the excerpt) in podcast apps.
