# "Remove Query Strings From Static Resources" plugin not working

 * I installed “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” plugin on my [site](http://longworthholistics.com/):
   hoping to resolve the issue found in pingdom saying:
 * _Remove the following redirect chain if possible:_
 *  [http://longworthholistics.com/wp-content/themes/hathor](http://longworthholistics.com/wp-content/themes/hathor)
   
   [http://longworthholistics.com/wp-content/themes/hathor/](http://longworthholistics.com/wp-content/themes/hathor/)
 * The test result shows no any change before and after installing the plugin.
 * I then tried to contact the original developer [here](http://www.yourwpexpert.com/contact/),
   and surprisingly found their contact form is not responding at all in IE, FF 
   and Chrome.
 * It would be appreciated if anyone can shed any light? I am really new to the 
   performance tuning in wordpress and I can’t understand why the [http://www.yourwpexpert.com/contact/](http://www.yourwpexpert.com/contact/)
   is not responding.
