 * I’m using shortcodes to put post queries on my page. But I don’t want to see ‘
   and’ or ‘&’ on my metadata lists. Any idea how I remove them?
 * Example:
 * I want to see this: Cat1 Tag1
 * Not this: Cat1** & **Tag1
 * I want to see this: Cat1 Tag1
 * Not this: Cat1** and **Tag1

 * I’ve made the categories disappear from my metadata, I’m just show Tags. How 
   can I remove the commas and the word ‘and’ from the category list?
