# Remove “Protected:” from page title

 * I need to password protect my site for now. When I view the site, “Protected:”
   is added to the page title. How can I remove it and keep the password protection?

 * Never mind. I found the protected title function in wp-includes/post-template.
   php and was able to remove the word “protected”.
