Hi!

First time today checked my website on iPhone. I have a Privacy Overview overlay window that appears (as well as the cookie bar popup) – how do I remove this?

It looks like this: https://www.webtoffee.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Privacy-Overview-Cookie-List-Categorically.png

I do not see it on Mac or Android (phone/tablet).

Hi @etalented,

We checked in an iPhone 6 and a 7 plus device and it’s working fine in both. A 4s device is not available for us to test.

Please check with a different device and let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks for your re-assurance. I do not have such a device so I will have to trust you on that !

What is the Privacy Overview overlay? Is it from your plugin?

Hi @etalented,

Yes. It appears only if you use the [cookie_settings] shortcode which you are not using in the bar.
