 * Second – how do I remove the “post” section on the frontpage – i’d rather use
   widgets to display posts 🙂

 * If I understand you correctly, you don’t want posts to show up on the front page
   of your site? Are you wanting them to show up further in your site? If so, you
   need to create a [Static Front Page](https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page).
