Remove post from global posts array

Hello,

is it possible to remove a post from the global posts array ($posts) within the loop or before the loop starts? I would like to integrate this as an action hook (“loop_start”, “pre_get_posts” or something like this).

I’m working on this plugin for a couple of days now and I’m not able to find a solution on this.

Can you give me some hints?
