# Remove Plugins From Directory

 * Hi
 * I have published a few plugins to the wordpress plugin directory that I know 
   are now broken. As I know better alternatives exist and I don’t have time to 
   continue development I would like to remove them.
 * How do I do this?

 * … and, perhaps, update the `readme.txt` file(s) to explain your discontinued 
   support and recommended alternatives?
 * There may even be other plugin authors willing to adopt your work(s) and continue
   their development, too …

 * I vaguely recall that if you delete all your files from the svn repo it eventually
   gets removed.
