Remove or add page title to content body?

I am using U-design for both websites I am managing. I cannot figure out how to manage the page titles that appear on each page. I know that when I create each page, the name I choose becomes the page name, the title and the /title in the url. My problem is that I don’t know how the title is appearing on my one site and not on the other. I have looked at the templates and don’t see any header code in either. Can anyone give me a clue here?

The 2 pages you can see this example best are the contact pages. You can see that on one the ‘CONTACT’ title is at the top of the page content and in the other it is absent. See here: http://tutortimenow.com/contact/ and http://www.collegetimenow.com/contact/
