    Hi guys,

    I recently created a Pinterest account and tried to enable Rich Pins on my recipe posts – without success after lots of back-and-forth with support, the Pinterest crawler seems to have issues with this tag:
    <meta property="og:type" content="website"

    Looking at the code, it seems that this value is coming straight from the Bard template through the functions.php:
    echo '<meta property="og:type" content="website">' ;

    I’m assuming that if I just delete this, it will get re-added with the next update? How can I adjust, which Open Graph tags should be used or how could I target specific tags to remove them, while still having this whole thing be update-friendly?

    Thanks for your support and please let me know if you need any other info 🙂

    Using:
    – Bard Pro Main
    – WordPress V 5.3.2
