Remove one block in section

In the “service section” all DIV’s have the same class (col-md-3) and no ID. To remove one block – I’v to comment it in homepage-services.php. Please, add id so it will be possible to remove it with css.

However, the SSC of these blocks also hidden away in bootstrap.css – so overriding these styles using custom.css does not work. Or there is something I do not understand?

And one more. After last update the first menu item became a few pixels above the rest. How to fix it? http://dansense.ru/
