Remove Navigation buttons on blog

Hello,

I currently have the infinite scroll stand alone plugin installed and it is working beautifully. However, one thing bugs me. When I scroll to the bottom of the first page, before the loading image appears to load the next page, my website shows the navigation buttons. Since I have infinite scroll on, is there a way to hide the navigation buttons?
