remove name, email, website from comment thingy

    i would like to remove the name, website and email feild from the non registered user comment. sense they can be falsified and anyone can use the other persons name to pretend they are them, i would like to simply remove it, and in replace of Username says: etc
    i would like to just put Guest, or what ever i decide later.
    can this be done?

    Yes this can be done. First you have to set the settings that says ‘requires name and email’ for comments. This is can be done via admin screen => Discussions.

    Then, you have to edit the comment template in your theme. This step requires a little bit of PHP and HTML knowledge. If you know a little bit about it, open the comments.php in your theme directory, then delete or comments undesired comment fields.

    thanks suhanto, unfortunatly i dont know enough to be able and see what it is in the comment template i would need to change, or am i adding code to it? any way you could help me out on this?
    if you could, im hoping to remove the name and email requirements, and make it so all names appear is guest.
