Remove Lunch In/Out Columns from Dashboard

Hello,

I recently came across this plugin and so far, it is exactly what I was looking for. However, I do not wish to let my employees punch in or out on their own and therefore, I am handling the logins myself from the admin dashboard without giving the employee accesses.

So, is there any way to remove the Lunch In/Out columns from the admin dashboard as only employees are able to edit those from their dashboards? Additionally, can I convert absents to approved leaves (if available) manually, without going through the request/approval process which again requires employee’s access?
