 * Hi, how can I remove the login form from the donation form completely? I’ve added
   a campaign donation form to a page. The page displays ‘registered before? log
   in to use your saved details’. I want this gone. I’ve tried adding the code charitable_registration
   login_link_text=0 to the shortcode but the login form is still there. Thanks
