Remove locations, events slug base

    I can remove my category base in WordPress, but if I leave the locations and events bases blank, it breaks all permalinks on the site. Is there a way, perhaps programmatically, that I can remove the base for locations and events so it’s just mysite.com/locationname and mysite.com/eventname?

    I’m afraid that this is not yet possible at the moment and it might need lots of coding on your part to make this work.

    e.g. classes/em-permalinks.php
