Try installing the plugin “disable comments”. If that doesn’t remove it, then it’s time for surgery.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

My site, http://minstrelmarketing.com, is just a simple single page website for my social media business, but at the very bottom of the site itself is this annoying “Leave a message text.” I’ve checked all pages and posts in their Screen Options and made sure that in the Discussions section, the Allow Comments box is unchecked. This isn’t a blog site, so not replies or comments. Yet with every place on my site with allow comments unchecked, I still have that annoying message. How do I get rid of it?
