 * Thank you for the plugin. I love it!
 * I would like to remove the file jquery.smooth.scroll.min.js
 * I erase this line of code
    `wp_register_script( 'jquery-smooth-scroll', EZ_TOC_URL."
   vendor/smooth-scroll/jquery.smooth-scroll$min.js", array( 'jquery' ), '1.5.5',
   TRUE );`
 * Will I have a secondary effect? For example, something will not work (besides
   the smooth scroll)

 * Btw, any plans to remove JQuery dependency?
    I would not mind paying for a premium
   version if you can remove the dependency.

 * You should also disable the Smooth Scroll option in the settings otherwise you
   might get a javascript error. Which could potentially cause scripts after that
   error not to run.
 * Sorry, I have no plans on removing the jQuery dependency. I am not a JS expert
   so by utilizing jQuery and its plugins I can develop features I otherwise would
   not be able to. In most cases in the WP environment this is not an issue due 
   to the fact so many WP plugins also depend on it.
